Do You Offer Video Consultations?

We will happily have a conversation with you on Zoom or other video platform to go over our services.  However, we will need to come onsite to give an official quote if you are interested in pricing.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.  We can take payment immediately onsite once the work is completed to your satisfaction.  For qualified customers, we offer net 30 day payment terms.

Do You Charge By the Hour?

No.  All work will be billed according to our pricing schedule depending on the service.  We will provide an quote either verbally or in writing and after acceptance of that quote, we will perform the work to your satisfaction.  If additional services are suggested or required, we will get permission before performing those services.

Do you Guarantee your work

Yes.  Upon completion of our service, we will invite you to inspect the areas we've cleaned.  If you are unhappy with a portion of the work, we will re-do it.  If you are still not satisfied, we will not invoice you for that portion of the work.  We will do our absolute best to leave you satisfied and in the case you aren't, we will make it right or you won't pay for it.

*We may ask to demonstrate why a particular outcome is not possible in certain cases, but if you're ultimately not satisfied, we will honor our guarantee.

Can you work with our schedule

Yes, it's often necessary to do commercial work when there is nobody in the building.  We will consult with you on our availability as it relates to your needs.

What is your background?

The owners of CleanMasters Texas have been in the commercial cleaning and maintenance industry their entire professional career.  Prior to moving to Texas, they owned and operated a successful janitorial distribution company that operated in 4 states.  We've been introduced to countless methods, chemicals, tools, equipment manufacturers, and industry experts.  After selling the company they've relocated their family to Texas and entered the service side.
